Jesper van den Bosch (36) has been appointed managing director of Looije Group with effect from 1 October 2025. He will take over the day-to-day management of the organisation from Wilbert Nederpelt. Nederpelt will remain as a strategic advisor and will continue to support the management team as a familiar face. Looije Group is the leading partner in the repackaging and packaging of fruit and vegetables, with five locations.
Jesper van den Bosch is known for his connecting approach and strong focus on collaboration. With his people-oriented management style, he will continue to build sustainable relationships with Looije Group employees, partners and customers. From that basis, he will focus, together with Piet Looije (DGA/CEO), on strengthening the course and future-proofing the development of Looije Group.
Successful choices
‘I am grateful for the trust placed in me and feel honoured to be able to fulfil this role. Together with the team, we will continue to shape the course of Looije Group and make it future-proof,’ says Van den Bosch.
This is also an important moment for Wilbert Nederpelt: ‘This felt like the right time to step aside. Recently, we have made some great and necessary choices together. I have every confidence that Jesper will continue this successfully with the team.’
Strengthening development
Van den Bosch has a broad background and brings commercial and organisational experience to the table. He has been responsible for commercial matters at Looije Group since November 2024, having previously held the same position at ADO Den Haag.
Looije Group continues to focus on further professionalisation, sustainable growth and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, employees and partners.
