In 2015, the 193 member states of the United Nations set out a development agenda to lead to the sustainable development of the world. Based on 17 goals, each country contributes to ending extreme poverty, inequality, injustice, and climate change. Our business activities are designed to be as sustainable as possible. The starting point is preserving the environment or minimising its impact. This starts with working paperless, driving electric, separating waste, collecting batteries and solar panels on the roof.
We believe in the positive energy created when people feel connected to each other, when they can become and stay vital. This allows them to develop their creativity to contribute to a future-proof society. That is why we want to help people in our environment move forward. This starts with our own employees, for whom we have our own vitality programme. From this vitality programme, we organise activities and workshops to encourage sportsmanship, mental health and good nutrition.
But we go further. For instance, we support many local sports clubs and initiatives in the region that bring people closer together. This belief in the power of connection and vitality is the basis of our sponsorship policy.
